Working at  Fox now  for 11 years,   American Idol was  one of the the highlights of  Lisa Monets  career.  Brian Kilmeade from Fox & Friends came to  interview Jordan Sparks and runner up Blake Edwards ,for a media tour interviewed many Idol Contestants past and present.  I was there to do hair and makeup for him and all the people that he interviewed. There were 100 cameras there doing interviews for a 12 hour period, it  was like a media circus in the middlie of the night freezing!  It was alot of fun you never knew who was going to show up to have there makeup done.  After Idol was done we went to Merv Griffins office and I did his makeup,  he was the King of Hollywood,  I just found out that I was the last makeup artist to do his makeup before he died a month later. He was so nice, the two times I worked with Merv he sang to me.  The next two years I worked with the hilarious Julliette Huddy from the Mike &  Julliette in the Morning show from Fox.  She interviewed Paula,  Randy,  Simon  and Ryan. Then we went to How I met Your mother at The Fox Movie Studio. I wish everyday was like the American Idol days.  I even had my own Limo while on Idol.
