As a dancer,  singer,  performer,   she understands  the discipline it takes in front of the camera, and has  posed many a model via her  modeling and dance background. She  loves  Costumes and has  hundreds of them,  starting her  collection at the age of twelve,  buying a 200 year old Victorian Black  Velvet Top Cape, Lisa said, “that cape  was worn in the day of horse drawn carriages”,  beaded in Black Jet beads and Crystals,  its her  fave. This started a lifelong love of auctions,  junking,  collecting,  and wearing these beautiful pieces. Lisa Monet has every intention of oneday opening a Museum and donating many of her pieces to the Smithsonian.
